What’s shipped, and what’s next.
What landed in the app lately, and what we’re building now. If it’s on this page and not in your broch yet, it’s on its way.
Coming up.
In the order we expect to ship it. Dates only where we’re sure enough to print one.
Brainwaves and MCP, out of alpha.
Both run in alpha today. Next they go to beta on every client’s own login, so your team can ask Brainwaves a question of its own numbers, or point Claude or ChatGPT at your broch over MCP.
New channels.
We can connect almost anything your marketing runs on, and we add channels as clients bring them. Recent additions: Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, subscriptions and CRM enquiries. If yours isn’t on the connectors page yet, tell us.
One login for agencies.
Agencies and consultants running several clients get one login across every client’s broch. Switch client and you stay on the report you were reading, so comparing two clients takes one click.
The specialist bench.
broch shows your team what to do next. When they want a hand doing it, pick a specialist from our bench: paid search, paid social, SEO, email, tracking. The specialist works from the same numbers you do.
Write access, switched on by you.
Today broch only reads. Later, a change you approve can go back to the channel it came from: a budget moved, an ad paused. It stays off until you turn it on, channel by channel, and a person approves every change.
Shipped.
The changes you’d notice, newest first, with where each one lives in your broch’s menu.
September 2026
New-customer metrics.
New customers’ share of orders, how fast a first order pays back, and how many come back to order again.
Keyword Movers.
The biggest climbers, fallers and click movers in search over four weeks, by keyword and by page.
Requests and Actions, one board.
Both lists now work the same way: numbered items, priority, status, comments and history, with a copy button for a person or for an AI.
Which ad brought each lead.
Every paid enquiry names its campaign, ad group, keyword and ad. Leads also split by UK region.
Subscriptions.
Plans, trials, renewals and plan changes on one page, with a cohort grid showing who stays.
Holiday season page.
Q4 targets, the weekly promotions, and pacing against both.
Lead gen businesses.
A broch for businesses that sell on enquiries: an Overview built on enquiries and what each one cost, a Leads page and a Deals page read from your CRM every day, and the form funnel beside them. No personal details leave the CRM.
One freshness rule.
Every page says which day its data runs to and which source it read.
Yesterday’s numbers before breakfast.
UK clients sync overnight on UK time, so the morning’s first look is complete.
August 2026
Bots left out by default.
Bot traffic comes out of sessions unless you ask for it, and a chip in the page header says so.
Act on this.
A button in every page header: ask for a change to the dashboard, or add an action, with the exact view you were looking at attached.
One record for data health.
Outages, bot spikes and changed definitions live in one record under Settings, and every page they touch carries a note.
Settings the AI reads.
Your business profile, goals and definitions in one searchable place. Brainwaves and MCP read them before they answer, so a dip in your quiet season gets read as the season.
The keyword map.
Every tracked search is tied to the page that is supposed to win it.
Search Console by search type.
Image search is reported apart from web search, and merchant listings apart from both.
Native Shopify.
A full sales page: three views of revenue, discounts, repeat rate, order value and brands. Beside it, a reconciliation of Shopify against Google Analytics.
MCP, in alpha.
Connect Claude, or any tool that speaks MCP, to your broch with a personal token. Read only, every call logged.
