AI providers we use.

out sauce and broch (WATTWAY LTD)

Last updated: 28 August 2026

broch connects your data to AI models run by third parties. Each provider has its own usage policies, and our agreement with you passes their material restrictions through: you agree not to use the service in ways their policies prohibit. The current provider and its policy are below.

Current provider

OpenAI (GPT models)

What we use it for: Brainwaves, the analysis and answers over your marketing data, and the brain's search across the documents you upload.

Their policy: openai.com/policies/usage-policies

Your own AI tools

If you connect your own AI tool to your broch over MCP (Claude, ChatGPT or another), it runs under your account and your agreement with that provider. We are not a party to it. Your broch serves the tool read-only data, and every call is logged.

In plain terms

The restrictions that matter for marketing data work: no use of the models to generate deceptive or misleading content, no processing of children's data without the safeguards the providers require, no attempts to identify private individuals from model outputs, and no use of outputs to train competing models. The full policy at the link above governs.

Changes

We list our AI providers, and the rest of our processors, at out-sauce.ai/subprocessors. Clients with a signed agreement get 30 days' notice before we add or replace one, the same as any sub-processor. If a provider changes its policies in a way that affects your service, we tell you and work out the fix, as set out in our Terms of Service.

How we handle personal data on our own websites and in the app is in our privacy notice.
